We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team located in Sugar Land, Texas.

About The Role

· The Inside Sales Representative is the initial point of customer contact responsible for providing both pre- and post-sales support, including answering customer questions about products, applications, pricing, and delivery, as well as producing quotations and follow-up to quote conversion.

· The role calls for the ability to provide customers with in-depth product knowledge and exceptional services, to help them formulate a purchase decision.

What You Will Do includes the following, but not limited to:

· Responsible for application review, development, and validation of proposals for OMNI products and services.

· Work with domestic and international customers through question-and-answer processes to determine solutions to meet their needs.

· Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products by evaluating their needs, product specifications, company guidelines, procedures, and applicable regulations.

· Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize with general supervision.

· Perform order entry and follow-ups with Customer.

· Provide periodic reports to Management.

What You Bring

· Associate degree (AA) with Technical and Business focus.

· 2 (two) years related technical experience. Extensive experience in lieu of education can be considered.

·Technical and electronic knowledge is strongly desired.

· Experience in Customer Service or a related field.

· Proficient in verbal and written communication in English language. Proficiency in Spanish and other foreign languages is a plus.

· Proficient with Microsoft PC Office suite software.

· Knowledge of customer databases, or a CRM/ ERP systems such as netsuite is desired.
