Quality Specialist
The Quality Specialist specializes in areas of Quality Control Engineering, such as Design, Incoming Material, Process Control, Product Evaluation, Systems Performance, Hardware Performance, Product Reliability, Inventory Control, Metrology, Automated Testing, Software, Research and Development, and Administrative Application. This position is responsible for driving strategic quality initiatives while working directly with internal/external customers and suppliers. The Quality Specialist is also responsible for identifying opportunities and providing leadership to make quality a competitive advantage for OMNI and its customers. The Quality Specialist is required to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, and work effectively in a team environment. This position is responsible for supporting the Quality Management System in accordance with documented procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The Quality Specialist position requires a Bachelor's degree (BS), preferably in an engineering field. A minimum of two years' experience in a technical field is required, with a preferred emphasis in Electronics Manufacturing and Technical Services, along with experience in customer interfacing and negotiation skills. Five years of experience in Manufacturing Quality Management within a modern manufacturing, control systems, or engineering services environment (preferably electronics technology or light engineering) is also required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated organization and planning skills with careful attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities and to work effectively in a team environment, and a demonstrated knowledge in calibration, ANSI standards, ISO 9001:2008, and continuous improvement.

Sprayer/Mechanical Assembler
The Sprayer/Mechanical Assembler assembles mechanical components, subassemblies, metal housings, products, and systems. This position uses power tools such as drills, mounts components on chassis panels, and positions and aligns parts in a specified relationship to each other. The Sprayer/Mechanical Assembler also performs tests of the continuity of cables and connectors using test fixtures and multi-meters.
In addition, this position is responsible for the conformal coating of printed circuit boards and maintaining the spray booth equipment. This involves the mixing of two-part conformal coating liquids using manufacturer-recommended procedures. Acting on verbal instructions or following company procedures, the Sprayer/Mechanical Assembler coats printed circuit boards containing electronic components, applying the coating using a spray gun, air compressor, and spray booth. This position is responsible for the proper maintenance and cleaning of all spray booth equipment, including spray guns and air compressors, as well as spray booth filter replacement.
The Sprayer/Mechanical Assembler position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and use of the following equipment is also required: digital multi-meter, power supply, power tools such as drills, anti-static procedures, and spray coating procedures.

Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist provides customer support by use of email and telephone contact. By providing a fast, concise response to customer problems, this position generates an important positive profile for the Company's products. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing investigative, testing, and technical support of the Company's products on behalf of customers. This position performs a variety of electronic and software tests on electronic equipment, subassemblies, and parts and conducts all work duties with safety as a top priority.
The Customer Support Specialist position requires an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two years of industrial electronics (non-PC related) experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an industrial electronics (non-PC related) discipline.

Account Manager
The Account Manager plans, organizes, and implements sales programs, develops sales forecasts and strategies to achieve increased sales volumes, manages vendor sales representatives and distributors, gathers and evaluates market intelligence, and reports on market conditions and competitor activity in the defined territories. This position requires 50% to 60% U.S. regional travel or overseas travel as directed. The Account Manager may be required to attend seminars, trade shows, territory representative selection/maintenance, and customer visits.
The Account Manager position requires an Engineering Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school and five years of related sales experience, or ten years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training Specialist
The Training Specialist establishes training programs, which requires the creation, maintenance, and delivery of technical reusable product and engineering training materials and tools specifically related to electronic metering systems and instruments that connect to oil and gas mechanical and electrical metering equipment facilities and installations. Such programs consist of outlines, texts, handouts, and tests created by applying knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and programming. All work duties must be conducted with safety as a top priority.
This position also assists with recruiting and training of field staff who are employed to investigate, evaluate, analyze, and implement engineering solutions for problems and issues specifically related to electronic metering systems and instruments. Experience in establishing and maintaining customer service data and records within Company computer database and tracking systems is required.
The Training Specialist position requires a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Adult Education or Corporate Training with an emphasis on the electrical engineering field and ten years of proven related experience in oil and gas pipeline metering and control installations. International experience is essential. The Training Specialist will also have extensive experience in the creation of training materials, technical presentation tools, and working with engineers and field service technicians and requires a demonstrated excellence in public speaking presentations and written communication skills.
