Our products are used for the measurement of oil and gas quantities at major pipelines and terminals worldwide, and our team of Technical Support Specialists is responsible for the delivery of class-leading support and customer satisfaction.

Through the use of email and telephone, the Technical Support Specialist helps customers resolve their issues on a variety of electronic equipment. In addition to general product support, this position may be involved in more detailed investigative testing in cooperation with our engineering and development teams.
Note: We are currently looking for multiple Technical Support Specialists, ranging in experience level.
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of industrial electronics experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an industrial electronics discipline.
