Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist is the initial point of customer contact responsible for providing both pre- and post-sales support, including answering customer questions about products, applications, pricing, and delivery, as well as producing quotations and follow-up to quote conversion.

Note: We are currently looking for multiple Inside Sales Specialists, ranging in sales and technical experience level. Please read the qualifications for this position carefully. The successful applicant will be expected to get up to speed quickly, and therefore we will only consider those who meet all the criteria listed below.
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) with a technical and business focus or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; or Associate's degree (AA) plus at least 5 years of related technical sales experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience. BS in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or industrial) a plus.
All candidates will be tested for MS Office, technical writing, and specification interpretation skills as part of the interview process.
