TRAINING SPECIALIST

OMNI Flow Computers Inc., a highly successful specialized international industry leader in the design, development, and manufacture of flow computers and controllers used in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Training Specialist.

Duties: The Training Specialist will schedule training seminars and classes based on classroom, equipment and training staff availability. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Participates in meetings and seminars. Will train new staff. Will confer with Managers to coordinate training activities of individual departments.

Education and Work Experience: Adult Education or Corporate Training with emphasis on the Electrical Engineering field and proven 10 years related experience in oil and gas pipeline metering installations internationally. The successful candidate will have practical experience in the creation of training materials, technical presentation tools and oversight of field service technicians. Excellent public speaking and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Written and spoken college-level proficiency in a foreign languages a plus.
